Chris has an extremely diverse musical background. Starting out on piano at age 8, picking up the viola at age 9, getting his first guitar when he was 11, adding bass, violin, mandolin, and vocal training along the way, Chris is a well-rounded talent of nearly 4 decades now. As a former U.S. Marine with stellar discipline, Chris is truly driven, meticulous and professional about everything he does. He has performed in concert opening up for many big name acts and has toured the USA and Canada with bands performing in clubs for almost 30 years. Chris has studied many genres of music, including rock, blues, jazz, country, folk, bluegrass and more but as he states, "there's only 12 notes! It's all about how you put the notes together with lyrics and a beat." He has recorded 3 albums of original compositions and also wrote 25 songs for the movie soundtrack of Indy film, "One Body At A Time." Three days after 911, Chris wrote, "Say Bye Bye Bin Laden." Four days later, he completed recording, mixing, and mastering the song. Chris mailed copies of the single to every major radio station in the USA. Two weeks later, Jay Leno played a clip of Chris' song on The Tonight Show! Chris has written jingles for businesses and produced TV commercials as well. Chris has held the position of emcee for the Packer Preview on the Packers Radio Network for the Green Bay Packers in the Lambeau Field Atrium during Packer home games for three consecutive NFL seasons, where he also performs fiddle songs during the show. |
Michael is a truly gifted talent, blessed with an amazing journey of euphoric musical moments. His accomplishments include creating magic in the recording studio with music legends such as Graham Nash of CSN, Randy Meisner from the Eagles, Jackson Browne's David Lindley, and "A" session bassist Leland Sklar, who has recorded for over 2,000 greats such as James Taylor, Reba McEntire, and Phil Collins just to name a few. Michael's ability to season his album of originals with the combined synergy of such talent and his own, resulted in the magical disc, "Gypsy's Lament." Michael needs to be in the Guinness Book of World Records for his 30 year, 6 night a week house gig in Cheyenne, WY at the historic Hitchin' Post Inn as a solo artist, where he recorded, and performed many of his original songs. He has a heart of gold and when the Mayor of Cheyenne asked if Michael could call upon his good friend, Neil Young to help raise money for Cheyenne's 1985 flood victims by performing a benefit concert, Michael played that card and made it happen. Michael had an opportunity to play basketball for the LA Lakers back in the day but preferred to pursue a music career instead. He has been on stage with many talented artists over the years and recently showcased at Rocklahoma, where he had the pleasure of performing for Bret Michaels and other great celebrities. After almost 50 years in the music business, Michael is definitely someone that knows talent. |
